Terry embarked on his journey in 1982 with industry giants like Sun Life of Canada and John Hancock, where he not only excelled but took on the role of staff manager, training and mentoring teams of up-and-coming agents.

In pursuit of his vision, Terry ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own Insurance Agency in Meriden, CT. His success story didn’t stop there; he was fortunate to be joined in the business by his talented wife, Eileen. Together, they inspired their son, Ty, to explore the world of financial services, fostering his passion for the industry. Their dedication and conviction even influenced Terry’s children, Trey and Nicole, to join the ranks, creating a family legacy rooted in expertise and commitment. Their collective success led to the formation of Nesso Group, joining forces with other financial and insurance experts.
