As the Marketing Manager at Nesso Group, Sydney is dedicated to driving meaningful connections and conversations, leading brand discovery and development, and ensuring that clients and team members are recognized first by their mission. She strives to embody the heart of Nesso Group, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across its diverse range of services and multifaceted team.

A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Writing, Sydney has built a successful career in marketing and communications. She began her journey at a small manufacturing company in Connecticut, where she honed her skills in crafting compelling narratives and driving effective sales conversations. This foundational experience propelled her into the financial services industry, where she built relationships with financial advisors guiding them to her firm, recognizing that each interaction is fundamentally a human conversation—less about the deal and more about the art of understanding.

Outside of her professional role, Sydney coaches CrossFit, plays competitive Gaelic Football for the HGAA at the IAHS, writes creatively, and enjoys spending time outdoors on Amston Lake with her family. Her life philosophy is to serve others.
