Ryan McGrail, Operations Associate, is a 2023 graduate from UMass Amherst, with a B.S. in Managerial Economics. Committed to fostering strong connections, Ryan places a high value on family, a principle that resonated with him during his impactful internship at Nesso in the summer of 2022. This meaningful experience led him to choose Nesso as his professional home post-graduation.

Ryan is also an avid sports fan with baseball and football being at the forefront. His favorite teams are the Boston Red Sox and the New York Jets, while he also follows Oklahoma CFB, UConn MBB and the Celtics. Beyond the realm of professional sports, Ryan enjoys spending leisure time on the golf course.
