As the Director of Operations of the wealth team at Nesso Group, Bonnie Bailey brings over a decade of experience and expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Graduating with honors from Shepherd University in West Virginia in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bonnie’s journey in the financial services industry has been marked by a commitment to excellence and client-centric solutions.

Having collaborated with more than 25 firms throughout her career, Bonnie possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of the financial services landscape. Her dual designations as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) Professional and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) underscore her dedication to continuous learning and mastery in her field.

Bonnie’s professional journey has seen her directly engage with clients, leveraging her expertise to optimize the client service experience. Her specialization lies in crafting tailored strategies that align with clients’ financial goals, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

In her role as Director of Operations, Bonnie oversees critical operational functions, including process optimization, team coordination, and strategic planning. Outside of Bonnie’s professional endeavors, she finds immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. She is happily married with two grown children who reside in picturesque West Virginia, a place that holds a special corner in her heart. Her household is lively with the antics of her beloved 3-year-old Chihuahua named Bookie, who never fails to bring a smile to our faces. She also has a small aquatic family of colorful fish swimming gracefully in their tanks.
