As Vice President of Operations for the Wealth Team at Nesso Group, Bonnie Bailey brings more than a decade of experience in financial services, strategic leadership, and operational design. She is known for transforming complex ideas into streamlined processes that elevate both the advisor and client experience.

A graduate of Shepherd University in West Virginia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors, Bonnie built her career at the intersection of planning and execution. Having collaborated with more than 25 firms throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of what drives sustainable growth inside advisory businesses.

Bonnie holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designations, reflecting her commitment to technical excellence and long-term strategic thinking. Her background includes direct client engagement, where she specialized in aligning financial strategies with life goals — strengthening trust and building enduring relationships.

Today, she leads operational strategy for the Wealth Team, overseeing process architecture, team development, advisor enablement, and scalable growth initiatives. As both a strategic thinker and hands-on implementer, Bonnie ensures that vision turns into execution — and execution turns into measurable results.

She is passionate about creating systems that support people: advisors doing their best work, teams operating in alignment, and clients experiencing clarity and confidence in their financial lives.
